LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a transformative 12-week program designed to empower adult survivors to move beyond cancer in spirit, mind, and body. Unlike traditional cancer support groups, LIVESTRONG at the Y focuses on the holistic well-being of each participant, recognizing that healing encompasses more than just the physical aspect. We focus on the whole person, not just the disease.
